Ashabe Kahaf 

In the 3rd Century AD, there was a king in Rome named daqyanus. The king was a staunch idolater. He tried to common paganism and destroy Christianity among the Romans. And he used to spread idolatry with cruelty and excess. Common people left their religions and adopted idolatry due to the fear of hardship and suffering and the greed of a few day’s worldly profit. In the hearts of some young people of the same era who were related to the empire. It was thought that it is not right to anger the Creator for the sake of a creature. Their hearts were filled with the light of Allah’s love and piety. Allah Almighty had given him the wealth of patience, perseverance, trust and confidence. 

In Front Of The King 

Going in front of the king, they chanted this slogan.”We will not call anyone other than Him as Lord.” And by demonstrating faith, courage and independence, stunned and surprised the viewers. The king took pity on them youth. And some other interests prevented them from being killed immediately. Them was given a few days to reconsider his case.

They Consulted 

These people consulted. That is, when the “Lord” is the same. So it is foolishness to consider someone else as Lord. Both lordship and divinity are reserved for him. As monotheists present clear arguments on monotheism. If the polytheists are true in their claim, why do they not bring any clear evidence. We are separate from the religion of polytheists. Should stay away from them even outwardly. And when we have turned away from their false gods, should break from all sides and bow down to your god alone, and be a candidate for mercy and kindness from him. It would be appropriate to hide in a mountain near the city. And wait for the right opportunity to return.

The Ashabe Kahaf Were Seven 

They Prayed that Oh Allah, make our work with your special mercy. And make all our arrangements correct in the path of guidance and guidance. Finally, they left the city and took shelter in a nearby mountain. They are called the Ashabe kahaf. Ashabe kahaf were seven. A dog was also with them. Dog used to sit at the mouth of the cave and protect these people. They appointed one of his own. That he should disguise himself and go to the city sometime. To be able to buy what is needed and keep informing everyone about the news of the city. The person who was responsible for this work. He informed one day that today there is an official search for us in the city. And our relatives are being forced to tell us our address.

Allah Almighty Caused Sleep On Of Them

This conversation was going on that Allah Almighty caused sleep on all of them. It is said that the government officials searched a lot but could not find out. They sitting tired and from the opinion of the king the names of these youths and appropriate conditions were written on a lead plate and put in the treasury. So that future generations remember. That a party has gone missing in a surprising way. It is possible that some symbol will be found in the future. And some strange events unfolded.

They Were Resting Peacefully 

 Allah gave such a pat that they slept in the cave for years. No news from here and there reached their ears. Allah Almighty guided them with His perfect power to a place where they resting in peace and contentment. Them does not suffocate due to the narrowness of space, nor does suffer from the sun at any time. The cave was spacious and airy inside. Due to the north direction, there was such a situation in which the sun reached as much as needed and went out without any harm.

Allah Almighty Woke Them Up 

Then after three hundred and nine years. Allah Almighty woke them up with His power. It is said that they used to sleep with their eyes open. And the effect of such a long sleep did not show on their body. If someone sees understand are awake. And Allah Almighty placed honor and dignity among these people and terror in this house so that people would not create a spectacle that would make them uncomfortable. Their dog also lived for centuries. The was Allah made them sleep so long with His power. In the same way, woke them up on time. 

Started Talking To Each Other 

When they woke up, started talking to each other about how much we slept. Some said half a day. That means very little. Others said that what is the use of getting into this pointless discussion, for only Allah knows how long we sleeped. Now do your work. Give this rupee to a man and send him to the city so that he can buy halal and clean things from the shop. It is necessary that he approach very carefully and behave with gentleness and tact so that no one from the city finds out about us, otherwise there will be serious trouble. 

The Cruel King 

If the cruel king finds out, either we will be stoned or we will be removed from the religion through cruelty and abuse. (Alayaz Billah) If this happen, the high success and prosperity we desire will never be achieved. Because due to oppression and excesses, it cannot be the work of the determined believers to turn away from the truth religion. 

One Of Them Entered The City 

One of them entered the city with a rupee saw everything upper there. During this period many centuries had changed. The people of the city were surprised to see this rupee coin. What is the king’s name and whose is the covenant? Assumed that this person has brought old money from somewhere. Gradually the matter reached the king. He asked for that old plaque with some names and addresses written on it. That these people have disappeared in an unknown way in such and such a year. The research proved that this is the same group that disappeared in such a way that their lives and deaths could not be traced. 

The King Was A Believer 

At that time, there was a big dispute in the city about the resurrection of the dead. Someone used to say that there is no life after death. Someone used to say that there will be only spiritual life and not physical. someone believed in both the physical and the spiritual. The king was a believer at that time. On the one hand, l wanted to have an example that would make it easier to explain. Allah sent this example. Finally, even the deniers of the Hereafter came to believe in the Hereafter after seeing and hearing this amazing event. This sight especially effected their understand that the Allah Almighty has warned us that this story is no less than living a second time.

Discussion Regarding Ashabe Kahaf 

Allah Almighty informed the people about the condition of the Companions of the Cave at that time. While discussions and quarrels were going on regarding the Ashabe kahaf. That those few young people who have been listening for a long time suddenly disappeared. Then nothing was address found, where did they go? Where would their species have spread? What would have they been alive until now. All must have died. 

Place Of Worship Near The Cave 

Some people used to say something about this problem and some expressed their opinion. That at once Allah revealed the truth. And ended all differences. It is not known whether the Ashabe kahaf lived or died after that. When did their die? If are alive, how long will stay? However, the people of the city, after being informed about their strange condition, wanted to build house near this cave as memorial, which would facilitate the people. However, the opinion of those who were wise and powerful people was that a place of worship should be built near the cave. The Ashabe kahaf were followers of Nasrani, i.e. the original Christian religion. The people who built a place of worship there were also Christians.
